- Impact resistance: With impact resistance 20 times more than glass fiber sheet and 40 times more than glass or Acrylic, COMPOSITE waving corrugated sheet prevents hail, wind and other damages.
- Heat resistance: The level of heat transfer through the surface of a material is measured by the U index (Unit of heat consumption level). Compared with glass fiber which has U index of 1.56, COMPOSITE waving corrugated sheet has U index of 1.14. This shows that COMPOSITE plastic corrugated sheet has better heat resistance, saving energy for the construction from the reduced energy used by cooling devices.
- Light transmission capability: Satisfy the requirements of plastic product transmitting light as described by 3 construction standard models (ICBO, BOCA, and SBCCI). Includes ASTM D635, D1929, and D2843. COMPOSITE corrugated sheet has superior fire resistance performance than reinforced (FRP) and Acrylic sheet.
